2018-04 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4093118)

Win 7 Ultimate x64.

I installed this update when it first appeared this morning but shortly after installing I noticed there was yet another update, the same one. I installed it again then restarted my pc only for it to prompt me to install it yet another time. I have hidden the update for now and hopefully someone can help me solve this little problem.

The notepad reads:

I have attached the CBS folder in individual zips because your system would not accept the size of them, but 5 CbsPersist.cab files could not be uploaded even though I compressed each individually and tried uploading them individually.

Please note I am not completely thick but also am not a tech genius, so please explain any steps I need to take in full.

I found the answer elsewhere. You need to uninstall KB4093113 (optional update) then reinstall KB4093118 (important update). In my case I had to uninstall both then reinstall the important update and then hide the optional update. It's all working fine now.
