Update Help Needed vista 32

Was advised to reinstall OS to cure probs with Updater. Probs persisted after reinstall.
0.Manually installed SP1, SP2.
1. Installed KB3191203, KB3185911, KB3164033 and KB3078601. (Patch Tuesday)and thought other updates would be installed automatically but none did
2. Ran Update readiness Tool
3. checked in Installed Updates but Update readiness Tool did not show nor were updates installed.
4. With Update set to: Never check for Updates I clicked on check for updates and waited but no updates were shown to install
5. With Updates set to: Check For Updates But Let Me Decide I clicked for updates and waited but no updates were shown to install
6. With Updates set to: Automatically Install Updates I clicked for updates and waited but no updates were shown to install
7.ran SFCFix.exe no corruptions found.
Please give me advice as to what could be done next to get updates working right.
Please, if you could,add instructions to use Patch Tuesday for installing updates.

Looks like you have some experience with this issue so I'll provide some basic instructions. Make sure you are set to Never Check for Updates and then reboot.

Then install each one of the updates below (rebooting after each)
KB3183431
KB3198234
KB3194371
KB3203859

Then check for updates and see if they show up.
