Using Media Creation Tool - starts to activate, then rolls back to OS7. I'm unable to create a system backup. KB947821 fails to install. Dell XPS 8700. I've done everything I can find to correct the issue, short of making register changes which are above my skill set.
Downloaded SURT, yesterday around 5:15 pm. This morning it is still at "Initializing Installation." I believe this is the KB947821 that I mentioned previously that failed to install (after about 48 hours of "initializing installation."
