Update for Windows 8.1 (KB3000850) error code: 800700A1

Hello,
I have been trying to install this update for 4 hours now to no avail by researching around and following many guides but it seems like some people here have common and not so common problems with this so hopefully I can get help here.

Any help is very appreciated, thank you.
 
Though the file says:
AutoAnalysis::
SUMMARY: No corruptions were detected.
AutoAnalysis:: directive completed successfully

I still get the error code: 800700A1
hoping the cbs folder uploaded
