Update Failure W10 / sfc scannow and DISM not working

Laptop won't upgrade from W10 21H1

System currently running on
Win 10 Home
21H1
from 01.02.2021
Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0

Update tried based on system results in error 0x80070570
Update tried with Windows Update assistant results in error 0x800700c1

Additional issues:

SFC /scannow = Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service. (even if the trustedinstaller is started)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth = Error 193
SFCFIX.exe = No errors found
chkdsk = no errors found


Does anyone have an idea how I can get this fixed?
If you need any additional information please let me know as I am not sure what is needed.

Upload your COMPONENTS hive.
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
  • Please copy this file to your desktop.
  • Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
  • Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
  • If the file is too large to upload here, upload the file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.

DISM is running but stuck on 62,3 % for about 15 Minutes... will get back with a result or CBS log

Please post the CBS logs as requested, the DISM log is not very helpful in this case.
 
Sorry, did not get that out of the message. Please find enclosed - also including sfc / scannow with no integrity violation found

This looks much better, please attempt to update. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs.
