Update error x80070246 in Window 7 Ultimate - 64-bit

Just bought this HP Pavilion g7-1301us used, it seems to work well enough, but the Windows Update is failing with the error x80070246.
Tried: Windows Update Troubleshooter (which said it failed to fix error 80070246)
