I've been trying to find a desperate solution to my Windows update problem. Currently, I am using Windows 10 Home. I am unable to download updates for Windows due to this error (0x80070570) appearing every time Windows searches for updates. As of now, I am unable to download KB5003173
Listed below are things I've already tried but without success:
SFC scan, but it fails with the message "windows resource protection could not start the repair service"
DISM fails with error code 193
Resetting Windows Update components did not solve the problem
Clearing folders such as software distribution/download did not solve anything as well.
Resetting Windows does not work as it is undoing the changes almost immediately.
Manually downloading the update KB5003173 does not work as it says the update is not applicable to my computer. I've checked that I downloaded the correct version several times, but it continues to fail
Upgrading or reinstalling Windows 10 through the Windows Media Creation Tool does not work as well as it fails to do both.
