Unable to update Windows, run sfc scannow, DISM repair commands, run windows reset (with keeping files). Issues: (all of them in clean boot environment)
After trying to update windows, getting 0x800703f1 error message.


After trying to run DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, getting



After running windows reset by keeping the files, after PC restarts to start reset windows, it stops at 28% and then prompts "Undoing changes".

After trying to run windows installer from Windows media creator (cannot recall exact name), it aborts update also at some kind of step ...

I am using HP omen laptop, and I am really desperate now ... Would appreciate any possible solutions
