Hello,
This is the error message on Windows Update that started it all:
"There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80073701)"

Basically, I went to attach a file I have on onedrive in an email, and realized that my photos hadn't uploaded for the past month from my iphone. I double checked for the onedrive icon in the taskbar and it was missing. I checked task manager for the process and it wasn't running. I tried running the onedrive.exe file from its directory (C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive) by double clicking it and literally nothing happened. After searching forums specific to onedrive and finding out that it might have something to do with permissions and auto-installing onedrive per-machine, and conflicts with having microsoft onedrive through my business and my personal account I just changed directions and saw if i was up to date with windows updates. I wasn't. And I couldn't update.
Tried

sfc /scannow,
dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup,
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth,
from elevated command prompt. When I still couldn't successfully run windows update or open onedrive (even though one of the logfiles had some stuff in there about fixing onedrive errors) I found this site.

Here is the SFCFix.txt:

The CBS and dism log files are attached in zip format. Thank you for your assistance. Of note, we did lose power multiple times and once for several hours recently due to storms, but this computer is protected by a UPC. My other computer can't even get into BIOS and is at the repair shop. Could all be a coincidence.
