Unable to update Win10 Home 1903 to 20H2, unable to in place upgrade. Unable to complete DISM or SFC. Detail below.

Hello and thank you for taking time to read my post,

I have a Win10 Home single language laptop running version 1903 OS build 18362.1082

Laptop had bad virus infections. Removed hard drive and scanned / removed viruses on another machine. Updated machines Windows Security / antivirus, did full scans and all clean now.

Tried to update to 20H2 using both Windows Update and downloaded ISO (onto USB) and unable to install with errors:
0x8007001f - 0x20006
The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation.

DISM checkhealth and scanhealth show problems that are repairable.
DISM restore health whether online, or using ISO for same build (1903), or new build (20H2) fails with error 0x800f081f, source files could not be found.
sfc /scannow does not find any problems, even running 3 times.
sfcfix found problems, ran for extended period, but was unable to fix the problem.

Other symptoms:
Windows Module Installer is always set to manual and stopped. Even if I set it to automatic.
Windows programs and features list is empty.

I've seen others with similar problems and you were able to help them by sending SFCfix file.

Can someone help me?

Update. I did run SFCfix after the sfc /scannow and DISM, but was not able to copy the command window. Before I clicked I did see it had the same source files not found error as DISM.
When I tried to copy / paste contents of the window it popped up a notepad window with the following:

I forgot to mention a couple more steps I performed.

Ran chkdsk /x /r /c prior to posted logs.
Also ran the dism with AnalyzeComponentStore and again with StartComponentCleanup options. This was done prior to latest DISM log file I attached in first post.

Prior to posted log files I also set machine to clean boot state, ran manual uninstall of previously auto untinalled McAfee antivirus and went through device manager and deleted a multitude of disconnect printers, usb and bluetooth devices.

Hope someone can help me as I'm out of ideas outside for fresh install.
