Unable to update Server 2022 with cumulative updates error 800F0905

Hi,

My recently built 2022 server is unable to update with cumulative updates for a while now. The error code given is 800F0905. I have tried also to manually download and install the update but that did not help.
Is there anything that can be done to fix the updating?

To add on this I performed the following steps:
1. run SFC/scannow reported: No integrity violations
2. Run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth reported: that the operation completed successfully.
3. Attached here logs of components scanner
4. Attached here CBS logs.
5. Rebooted and tried to update after DISM still with the same issue.
