Unable to Sign In - Switched Phones - Two Factor Authentication

Would an Admin be able to temporarily disable my Two Factor Authentication (or give me a way to reassociate it to my new phone) for my main userID of BrianDrab? I just signed in with my temporary one so I could post this message.

Or let me know what the process is to get back into my account. It's been awhile for sure.
