Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 21H1
Installed on 11/5/2020
OS build 19043.1110
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0
I noticed a problem with installing KB5005033 - error 0x800705aa so I tried to run SFC / SCANNOW and it fails with: Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.
I then tried run DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH and it fails with:
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.19041.844
Image Version: 10.0.19043.1110
[== 3.8% ]
Error: 1450
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
I have looked at the SFC and DISM logs but do not really understand what I am looking at. I have tried looking up some of the error codes on the web but have not tried anything beyond very basic suggestions. I then downloaded and tried to run SFCFIX and it has now been running for about two and a half hours... I will leave it running for now.
Thanks for your help in looking at this.
Regards,
Kirk
