[SOLVED] Unable to launch Microsoft edge

It was normal day until my edge start to crash.
first of all i am already facing windows update ,dism ,sfc issue link to that thread is given below
Unable to use DISM, SFC & windows update

when i opened the dump file using windbg it was throwing this error - 0xc0000005 - the instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. the memory could not be %s.
What i tried??
1. chkdisk with no issues
2. windows memory diagnosis with no issues
3. manually updated amd drivers with no issues
4. Repaired edge but no success
5. Installed chrome and its working fine.
6. Uninstalled edge and installed it freshly with no success
