Unable to install Windows 10 Feature pack Update (1809) on Windows 10 (1607) client Machine.

Unable to install Windows 10 Feature pack Update (1809) on Windows 10 (1607) client Machine in the LAB environment. I am using SCCM CB 1802 to install Feature Pack Update on the Windows 10 Machine.
0x8000ffff is the error while installation of the update.
Attached are the required logs.
Please suggest to fix this issue.
