The Update KB4052623 Windows Defender fails after the visual indicator of 0% after I click retry in the windows update menu.

As it seems, I have a very old windows defender version installed 4.13.17134.320 and it has failed to update windows defender since June 2018 (Version 4.16.17656.18052) to today (version 4.18.1810.5)
