Unable to install updates or run sfc/dism

As the title says, I am unable to install updates and / or run SFC or DISM.

I also tried installing 22H2 update from USB and it failed.

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

  • Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.

Great, please attempt to update this build to 22H2. I would suggest to use the following tool, since this build hasn't received any updates after November 2021 and reached the EOL-date on December 2022.

Windows 10 Update Assistant to your desktop.
  • Right-click on Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and select the option: Run as administrator.
  • Press the Update now button, click after the compatibility check on Next.
  • The Update Assistant will now download the latest Feature Update.
  • After verifying the download, the Feature Update will be installed.
  • When this process is ready, click on the Restart now button to complete the installation.
