Unable to install Updates and Disk drive keeps filling up Windows 7 SP1 64 bit

I have a Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium 64 Bit and about two weeks ago it failed on the update of the August or September Windows Security Update. Since then, it continuously fills up my hard drive (which normally has over 70GB free). So I run disk cleanup and system file clean up. It releases the space, but within a day, the drive is full again and I still can't install my updates.
I have attached to CBS.zip file from a scan I just performed. Below is the result of the SFCFix Scan.

Thank you for your help
Best,
