Unable to install MSMQ Service on 2019 Server

Hey there, I am trying to install MSMQ Service on 2019 service, however it is failing with error: 0x80073701.
Looking in the CBS log files I can see that it is throwing error SXS_Assembly_Missing.
I have tried to run SFC Scan and DISM tools to clean and restore health, but nothing to be cleaned, as everything is good.

I have tried to install KB5011503, but it didnt install it and neother did it install KB5019966 (Manually).
Will appreciate some help with this.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

• Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\Logs folder.
• Right-click on the CBS folder and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
• Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
• Click on the Yes button here.

• Attach the file CBS.zip to your next reply.
