[SOLVED] Unable to install KB5027231 - DISM RestoreHealth, SFC, ComponentsScanner report no issues

KB5027231 reports HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND after many attempts, reboots between, etc.
Tried DISM RestoreHealth, SFC, SFCFix, ComponentsScanner, etc. None of these report any issues.
CBS folder was too big to attach, even after zip archiving. Just zipped the log file.

Magically fixed itself a couple nights ago.
