Unable to Install KB4556846 on Server 2012 R2

I've been trying to get KB4556846 installed on Server 2012 R2. What I've tried besides an attempt to install, reboot, bang head, and repeat because the install failed are the following:
  • sfc /scannow (no errors)
  • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (no errors, the operation completed successfully)
  • SFCFix (logfile below)
  • CBS logs folder (attached in 7-zip format since regular zip file was too large)

Is the following folder structure present? If so, what does it contain? C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\prnms003.inf_amd64_bfe1cc16990def49
 
There is not that specific folder. I have the other two folders with several cat, inf, pnf, and other folders/files:
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\prnms003.inf_amd64_42a3d67721cb9aa8
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\prnms003.inf_x86_843aaaf09b459eee
 
SFCFix Script

  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
  5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

It felt like we were so close... I tried to update again, but failed. The setupapi.dev.log file is attached. I was not able to find the folder, C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\prnms003.inf_amd64_3ef2d87fc2c053af, on any other server I had.

1. Click the Start button and type cmd.exe in the search box.
2. Right-click on the cmd that comes up and select Run as administrator.
3. Once you are at the command prompt, copy/paste the following line and hit enter.
pnputil -a C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_prnms003.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.19701_none_43e11a6ba7992202\prnms003.inf

Let me know if it says successfully installed.

FRST Registry Search
1. Click your Start button and type in cmd.
2.After you find the Command Prompt, right click on it and select Run as Administrator.
3. Copy and paste the following into the Command Prompt:

reg load HKLM\COMPONENTS C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\COMPONENTS

4. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
5. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
6. Copy and paste 6.3.9600.19701 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
7. When the scan is complete a notepad window will open with the results. Please attach this to your next reply. It is saved on your desktop named SearchReg.txt.
