No matter what I do I can't install KB4541335. I'm having the 0x800f0983 error. Sorry for my english but it isn't my native language. I tried manually running the update but to no avail, as well as resetting WU components, sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.

Hi!

Step#1 - Capture Process Monitor Trace
1. Download and run Process Monitor. Leave this running while you perform the next steps.
2. Try updating the system just like you have in the past.
3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as it fails. You can simply do this by clicking the magnifying glass on the toolbar as shown below.

4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
5. Zip up and provide the link to the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or SendSpace.

Here it is.

You are not doing this correctly. The ProcMon log should be much larger and unfiltered.

Sorry, but in the process monitor I click on the "Capture" button to start capturing events, then run the update by launching the KB4554364 package and when the error happens I stop recording events by clicking on the same button.

The process appears to be correct. I am not sure why the data is not captured.

Let's try the quicker fix:

  1. Download the Media Creation Tool and save this to your desktop. Go ahead and run this as well. Note: Click the Download tool now button when you get to this link.
  2. Accept the License Agreement
  3. Download the ISO file to your desktop.
  4. Double-click on the ISO and then run the setup to try and upgrade your machine.

We want to get the ISO so that you don't have to keep downloading which can take hours.

Sorry, but I did a clean install and now I'm having the 0x80073712 error while installing KB4541335. Maybe it has to do with something Winaero Tweaker, O&O ShutUp10, Win10Privacy and Ultimate Windows Tweaker did.

Also, I can't sign in Edge Chromium. It tells me I can't sign as an Administrator. Maybe this issue is caused by a policy created by one (or more) of the same programs.
