Unable to Install Cumulatives on Server 2022 21H2

I have been unable to successfully install the last few cumulative updates on this server. It is currently on 20348.2113

Action already taken:

- Attempted install using MSU file from the Microsoft Catalog
- Ran SFC
- Ran DISM
- Ran Component Scanner

Link to the CBS log folder.
 
If you've run Component Scanner, can you please post the log it created.

Also ....

  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
  • Please copy this file to your desktop.
  • Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
  • Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
  • The file will likely be too large to upload here, if so please upload to a file sharing service.
  • Examples of services to upload to are WeTransfer and TransferKit and SendFileOnline

  • If the file is too large, upload it to a file sharing service, and post me the link.
