I noticed there was a problem a couple of days ago when I tried execute a game and it did nothing. No error or anything, it just failed to launch silently. I then tried to execute other programs that I knew worked and some of them also failed to start. I checked the process manager while executing them and a process called Microsoft .NET Error Reporting Shim appeared so I thought this had to do something with NET Framework. Tried to reinstall a couple of the redistributables but the installers tell me their version or a newer one is already installed. I checked the health of the ssd with with HD Tune and it seems to be fine without any corrupt sectors. Malwarebites also doesn't report anything.

I proceeded to use sfc and it told me that it found corrupted files but that it was unable to fix them. You can find the CBS folder here CBS.zip
I tried to run SFCFix afterwards, just like the guide says but it crashes just when the program starts inspecting the files and reports this log.
SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro.

Microsoft Windows 10 Build 19043 - amd64
Not using a script file.

I restored the computer and now the problem is solved. Pretty weird Microsoft fails so hard at being able to solve something as basic as NET Framework corruptions. I might be underestimating the problem tho.
