Unable to enable .net framework 3.5 Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

I tried using DISM:

[COLOR=#000000][FONT=Consolas]DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:d:\sources\sxs[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=#000000][FONT=Consolas]

[/FONT][/COLOR]

and got error 2. Here are the logs:

Did you try from Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features - turn windows features on or off?

That was the first thing I tried. I used DISM after that didn't work.
