Unable to delete files after Windows 10 Upgrade

Hello all,

At a loss with this, I cant delete any files since upgrading my window 8 laptop to windows 10.

From running SFCFix.exe

I have now and the result is "Service Registration is missing or corrupt" - Not Fixed.
