On a Windows Server 2016 Standard instance (secondary domain controller), I'm trying to perform a Feature installation (Bitlocker Drive Encryption, Bitlocker Network Unlock, which includes Enhanced Storage, and RSAT associated with the Bitlocker features). I'm getting an error:

"The request to add or remove features on the specified server failed.
Installation of one or more roles, role services, or features failed.
The referenced assembly could not be found. Error: 0x80073701"

My understanding is that this points to system file corruption, and I tried to run "sfc /scannow" with the result: "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." I then ran "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth", which returned the following:

"Error: 1734

The array bounds are invalid.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log"

I'm hoping to get assistance with repairing so that we can add features again. Thank you in advance!

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

Great, please try to install one of the features again. If if fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs.

I think we're set. I really appreciate what you're doing, and specifically your assistance in getting our server back in working order. Thank you so much! I will be looking into donating to the site this weekend.
