Hello!

When I try to open Visual Studio, Spotify and Discord (only these software so far), an error pops-up regarding the UIAutomationCore.DLL file. Here is a quick description of how things got wrong:

Earlier today, I wanted to open Visual Studio, but some application errors showed up. I tried to fix them in multiple ways but nothing worked, so I decided to restore my computer to an earlier state (only 3 days back).

After that, I tried to open Visual Studio again and it showed me a new error : "UIAutomationCore.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error" ... but it didn't end there: when I tried to open Spotify and Discord, it showed me the exact same error.

Willing to solve the problem by myself, I wanted to execute the SFC (following this process : https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr...er-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system) but
the DISM command stopped at 60% telling me the WOF driver encountered a corruption. I don't know what to do know :(

If someone is willing to help me solve this issue, I will be forever grateful!

Thanks in advance

You're quite welcome. As far as I'm concerned the Repair Install as implemented under Windows 10 is nothing short of a small miracle. I have yet to have an instance where it has not resolved some very thorny issues, and with ease.
