[SOLVED] two Windows 7 Updates can not install from wsus

hi.
i have wsus installed on win2k8 r2.and on two of windows 7 clients two updates can not install.i have run System Update Readiness Tool.and it fixed some problems.and could not fix some others.
the log is attached.what should i do?

Hello and Welcome!

Please follow these steps on the machine that you have uploaded the CheckSUR.log file from.

Windows Update Manifest Replacement

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

Please download the attached file, Packs.zip and save this to your Desktop.
Right-click on the file and select Extract All...
Tick the box labelled Show extracted files when complete then click Extract
A window will open showing the folder Manifests
Open the Manifests folder and copy the files into the following folder

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests
Run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again.
When the SURT finishes installing, copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of the SURT log into your next post please:

C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

hi.thanks for your reply.
it found 19 errors and successfully fix all 19 errors.then i restarted the computer and installed the windows updates.but it could not install windows updates.here's the picture of windows updates error numbers.

Looks like the log from the update installation was archived.

Please try to install only one of the updates, then when the installation fails zip up the CBS log and attach it.

Looks like the cryptographic services db may be corrupt. Lets try resetting it.

Run Windows Repairs
1. Download Windows Repair (All-in-One) Portable to your desktop.
2. Once the file is downloaded, right-click on the file on your desktop and choose Extract All...

3. Keep the defaults and click the Extract button.
4. A folder named tweaking.com_windows_repair_aio will be extracted to the desktop. Once the extraction is complete the folder will open.
5. Inside this folder, there is a folder named Tweaking.com - Windows Repair. Open this folder as well.

6. Double-click on Repair_Windows.exe to open. Note: Please make sure all of your programs are closed and anything you were working on is saved as we will be rebooting.
7. When the program opens, click the Reboot to Safe Mode button at the bottom of the screen. Answer Yes to allow.
8. Once rebooted into Safe Mode, open the program again. When the program opens, click the Repairs tab and click the Open Repairs button.
9. A backup of your registry will be made. After a few moments you will have many options from which you can choose.
10. Please click the Unselect All button and then click to enable only the following ones:

11. Ensure the Restart check box is selected and click the Start Repairs button in the lower right of the screen. This may take some time to run so be patient.

12. Once the fixes are complete you will be prompted to restart your machine. Answer Yes.

then one of the machines could successfully install all the updates.
now only one machine has problem with one update.and here's the log:

Wait for this to finish before you continue

Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
Save any open documents and close all open windows.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
SFCFix will now process the script.
Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

Please open the last SFCFix.zip and navigate to WinSxS\x86_microsoft-windows-ie-adminkitbranding_31bf3856ad364e35_11.2.9600.18204_none_fa9ce233b41f1c57
From that folder, copy install.ins to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\SIGNUP\
If asked for confirmation or administrator permission to overwrite the file, please choose the option to allow the change.

After this attempt to install the update again. If it fails, zip and attach CBS.log with your reply.
