Trying to upgrade Win7 to Win10

When trying to upgrade from Win7 to Win10, I encountered this error 0x8007001F - 0x20006. Looking through the panther logs, I found this error was referring to "Missing Foundation Classes. I then searched LOG files and found this in the CheckSUR LOG:
