Troubleshooting my USB port problem

Hi, having problems with my USB ports, both my motherboard ports and the front USB ports. The problem starts when I replaced my faulty PSU (a generic one) with a Corsair 550W (Bronze) and added a SSD to my system and my front USB ports are still working (USB 2.0 port from the case). At first, I thought it was a software issue due to migrating my OS to the new SSD, so I tried SFC, DISM, in-place upgrade and the uninstall and restart of the USB drivers in the device manager, but nothing solves it. So, I turned to the hardware issue but I am not sure if it is the PSU or the motherboard or maybe even both that is having problems. I also replaced my case that has USB 3.0 ports and now it also doesn't work. Here is my specs:

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
Motherboard brand and model: Gigabyte A320M-S2H V2
CPU brand and model: Ryzen 5 5600
Graphics Card - Integrated or card band and model: AMD Radeon RX 580
RAM brand, type, and number of sticks: 8gbx2
Case brand and model: Lian Li Lancool 216
PSU brand and model: Corsair 550W Bronze
Main Drive(s): brand(s) and model(s):500GB Ramsta SSD & 1TB Seagate HDD

Basically, only 2 ports are working on the back port out of 6, for my mouse and keyboard. If I force it, I can make another port working, but my other devices that are connected will experience issues. For example, if I put my Wifi adapter on the port besides my keyboard (it is the only port that can work) then if I play online games then my RGB keyboards' lights will flicker and the adapter will malfunction often. If I used an USB Hub on that one working port, only one will work and if I put other devices on the USB Hub, all will stop working that is connected to that USB Hub.

On the front ports, if I insert a mouse there it only lights up and it is not recognized by the system and if I connect my phone it only charges and there is no option on my phone to transfer files. I tried this on my laptop and it works fine (the mouse was recognized and my phone can now transfer files to my laptop)

I am not really sure if the motherboard is the issue or the PSU. Thank you for the answers.

Your PSU is fairly low end for what looks like a decent system. If you have access to a better PSU then testing would answer your question. Another possibility is you "disturbed " something when working inside the case.

Forgot to include but the issue started before I replaced my CPU and also added the GPU. My previous CPU is Ryzen 3 3200G. But even if I disturbed something, does that mean I have to replaced both my PSU and motherboard?

Hi, sorry always for the late response, always busy around these days. But I already pushed all those cables, I even reinstalled them but that still did nothing

You probably need a more powerful PSU, but it would probably be cheaper to go to a shop with good testing equipment and pinpoint the problem before buying parts willy-nilly.
