Trouble installing MS update KB3197868

Windows update KB3197868 fails to be installed. I ran across a recommendation to use "SFCFIX" to repair file system and registry corruptions. Running this resulted in another problem and would like to resolve these if possible. Results of SFCFIX are shown below.
