I have had several BSOD x119 and frozen systems.
I upgrades to the creators edition and reset the system in the hope to get rid of the problem.
But no luck.

Running sysnativebsodcollectionapp-exe gives me a screen telling me to post the following info :

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.15063] HomeDrive C:
HomePath \Users\syner
Userprofile C:\Users\syner

And running perfmon /report

Delivers the following :

An error occured
while attempting to generate the report.

How do I even get the problem determination started ?

(Or generate a log in your pc, if you prefer to not publish the snapshot for some reason)

Run the following three commands from an elevated command prompt.
You should find three files on your desktop after they ran: upload them here.
[NO-PARSE]msinfo32 /nfo msinfo32 /nfo "%userprofile%\desktop\MsInfo.nfo"

dxdiag /dontskip /whql:on /t %userprofile%\desktop\DXDIAG report.txt

Did the BSOD collection app finish or did it error? It should produce a .zip file in your documents. Don't quite understand what you mean here.

If it doesn't finish, can you screenshot where it gets to? Could be a bug - don't think we've tested on the Creators Update.

Thats the problem I am reporting. I did not finish and the only result was the copied text.

The missing NVIDIA card has been removed in the cause of troubleshooting.

I have a DMP file but unfortunately I can not remove the already uploaded files to upload that.

We can't analyse your BSODs without a dmp file, so you'll need to either attach them to your next post or upload them to Dropbox/OneDrive/other online storage site. You don't need to remove existing attachments to upload a new one to another post.

Can you please send a photo of where the app gets stuck? The output you posted doesn't match what I expect. Did you see the "HELLO from jcgriff2" lines or the "We will begin in 5 seconds" line?

Thanks for the dump - it seems there's some issue with Microsoft's Symbol servers to analyse the dumps, they don't have the necessary symbols for the creators update on them for some reason.

Will investigate and get back to you!
