Hi,
I'm running Win7 Pro Sp.1.
Yesterday I updated Mozilla Thunderbird from v. 52.9.1, to v. 60.4.0, and the update is marked as "successfully installed".
Problem : Messages still appear in bold text, even when read and opened. This happens in all folders.
Thunderbird is keeping correct count of unread messages as shown in the Folder : Inbox (2), it just doesn't unbold the "read" messages.
I've never had this problem before through many years and versions of Thunderbird.
Settings in Tools->Options->Advanced are correct : Automatically mark messages as read - Immediately on display.
I have tried unchecking this option, restarted, rechecked the option, and restarted. I have tried the so-called Safe Mode, and the Repair folder option.
Setting "Mark folder as read" does not help.
I have also compacted all sizeable folders.
Don't know what else to try, and a rollback doesn't seem like a good option.
