I found Tech CookBook, which I believe the solution to the fixing the corrupt file is waiting for me to download. As I was reading the thread I read about a person who has been working for 2 days restoring his laptop. Further reading I found Sysnative link attached in an ANSWER posted by GO TO POWER. I feel like I discovered gold. I hope that this is a cite that could help with a few issues I am having with my Laptop OS 8.1
However, the thing is that these issue IE permissions , Services are not cause by anyone but myself, so I doubt I can search for the answers. You see, to explain why, In 2004 I was in an accident that caused a Brain Injury Called a TBI, I suffered lost of short term memory, working memory the ability to multi task and stay focused. HOWEVER ever since for some unknown reason I began to focus on computers , how computers work, I would stay Focused for hours. The only thing that I could stay focus on at the time, and still to this day go into settings and play around, Strange, Yes it is , I know, but true.. And costly Lol. 10 Yrs and few broken laptop's later, that passion has never left. I have learned a lot. But still not enough and I hope to one day to go to school for programing.
