I ran chklst /R. The complete chkdsk output is attached. It shows errors for the USA check value locations. I've run sfc /SCANNOW without success. I've run DiskGenius which shows only one damaged sector on the entire drive.

I started this check because my recent attempt to clone my hard drive failed because of a "read" error. I've asked for help from the software company, but wanted to whatever troubleshooting on my own. Google searches have not been much help.

Please post images for all results including error messages and codes.

Indicate the software that was used for the attempted clone.

Run the Sysnative log collector:
https://www.sysnative.com/apps/SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe

Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

Run HD Tune (free version) (all drives)
HD Tune website
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
a) Health
b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan

Run HD Sentinel: (free or trial edition)
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
For each drive post images of these tabs into the thread:
Overview tab
Temperature
SMART
Disk performance
