The source files could not be downloaded when running Image repair

Thanks for letting me be part of your community.
I hope someone can help with my computer problem.
I get an error when I run Windows Image Repair in PowerShell. The error message is "The source files could not be downloaded"
After reading some of the previous posts, I saw that in order to help me you would need this file information to determine the cause of the error.
Attached is the CBS.txt zipped file that was generated from the sfc /scannow command in DOS.
Again, thanks for any help and/or insight.
