I have a problem that I do not know when exactly it started, I think that by changing sound improvements. Currently, I have the distorted sound, I listen to any YouTube song and it is as if they were inside the bathtub or something similar. Also in the Windows sound option they appeared more sections than before. I tried to install and uninstall the Realtek controller again and again, but nothing seems to solve it. Attached screenshots. I hope someone can help me solve this problem. Thank you very much in advance. All the best.

Then: Make sure you have a copy of an updated driver for your Realtek Controller. Use DDU to remove the Realtek Controller while in Safemode. I know it removes display drivers but, in the drop down choice, you can choose Realtek as well.
