The highest DPC latencies seem to be windows system drivers- normal?

Created this with UI for ETW-https://randomascii.wordpress.com/2015/04/14/uiforetw-windows-performance-made-easier/ I think this shows a 4 second delay in Storport.sys and a 1 sec in NDIS.sys- Thanks to this forum, these are now up to date. .etl log and screenshot from DPC latency checker attached. WPA is phenomenally detailed and I'm not sure I'm looking at the right data-the DPC is now DPC Duration by Module, Function.
Did I read this right?
