[SOLVED] The data area passed to a system call is too small ERROR

Good morning,

I'm getting this error while logging into Windows 11 machine. The same error occurs while trying to open other applications mainly from the WindowsApps folder (Microsoft Store).
I checked error code here (0x0000007A ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_BUFFER).
chkdsk C: /f /r executed.
I ran basic Windows Memory Diagnostics with no errors detected.

Any help would be appreciated.
