What was original installed OS on system? This is the original OS. It is a retail/education copy

I know in the check it says there is no Antivirus, I have MS Security Essentials installed currently.

Service pack, even though I thought I had already installed it before this, is now installed and the BSOD persist. So, with the updates, here are new reports. and files attached.

I am still testing, but the BSOD have taken a break. I think I found the culprit. I had a Nostromo Gamepad that was 8yrs old that I disconnected on a hunch and so far no more BSOD. I am not willing to say I am out of the woods, but it at least was a contributing factor.
