System Does Not Recognize SSD

Hi. . .

I assume that you purchased a new SSD and installed it in your system...?

If so and Windows does not recognize the SSD, how did you install Windows onto it?

Or... is this a case where you added a SSD as a secondary drive and Windows won't recognize it?

There are no BSOD dumps in your attached zip file, so I moved the thread from the BSOD Forum to the Windows 10 Forum.

Regards. . .

What's the make and model of your SSD?
Try to download and install the SSD drivers from the manufacturer.

I assume that your BIOS doesn't detect the SSD?

As Hinkle already asked we'll need to know what the model of the SSD is.
