I have a Windows Storage Server 2012 HP Storeeasy 1430 that recently suffered a ransomware attack. Many system files were therefore encrypted. I have since been trying to restore the system to good health with limited success. I have tried uninstalliing and reinstalling some affected Windows Features but they are no longer working. I have used SFC and DISM, and now your SFCFix, and the result is the same.
Windows updates can no longer install, Virtual Disk service has gone missing from the services, the system can no longer detect or manage disks even though tt can detect and manage volumes.
I will gladly appreciates your help. My backup disk was connected at the time of the attack so even the backup files have been encrypted and are of no use.
