SysnativeFileCollectionApp version 5.0.0 Causes me a blue screen.

I had another bluescreen issue, and downloaded the Sysnative File Collection App to help diagnose the problem.

However SysnativeFileCollectionApp version 5.0.0 caused a blue screen.

I didn't know how to solve my first problem, and I certainly am out of ideas on this one.

Please let me know if you need additional information.

The app is very unlikely to have caused your latest crash and it is just a coincident that your machine crashed while running the app. Could you please try again?

It crashed as soon as I clicked the .exe. I can't see how it wasn't the app. I have no issues with random bluescreens.

Fortunately, the previous version didn't crash my computer. I will mention that it seems like it requires me to not have my system info open as it only was able to finish when I closed it, and collecting system information was the last task it seemed to be stuck on. I've included the output here:

1) One of the dumps shows that one of McAfee driver was culprit:

At the same time the drivers are too old.

Could you tell me if you still have McAfee antivirus?
