The app doesn't install anything, it's merely a collection script wrapped into an executable. You have to run it manually after downloading it by extracting it the zip and running the executable.

Gave it admin permissions and everything, it just instantly finishes and I see no trace or folder. I had this app on my 8.1 machine and seem to remember it made a folder in which I had to add the dump files to and then the app read the dmp file and a little window popped up giving you much easier to read BSOD information. Am I thinking of a different app? When I search for the program I only have the SysnativeBSODapp.chm file. I downloaded version 2-16-0, is this the latest? Again, thank you for the help.

It should generate a folder in your Documents, is it not? If it's not, I'll make a W10 VM when I get the time on a day off and see if I can reproduce it.

"install" and it acts as if its being installed. Progress bar and everything. It just instantly finishes. Seems pretty installerish to me. Maybe I have the wrong App?

Yes, the processing app is installed. Anyway, development is handled by writhziden only, so you'll want to contact him regarding its W10 support.

This is designed so the exe file can be copied to any folder containing dump files. I see no reason it shouldn't work on W10. I'll try it on my Windows 10 machine later and see.

Its definitely there in my user folder.. Thanks you PAtrick and TV. Weird thing is, when I searched for it in Win 10, I only got the .chm file. When I navigated to that location, the other apps werent there... Not sure why.

Is the .chm file the only file in the %userprofile%\SysnativeBSODApps directory?
