SURT, WU, FixWIN

I wanted to downgrade IE11 to IE9 and i had to do some stuff. Finally, SURT is not working, windows update doesnt work ("WindowsUpdate_80073712" "WindowsUpdate_dt000") and also FixWin didnt fix an issue with Turn on/off features. What to do maybe you have to send me a PACK.Zip with the clean files cause mine are corrupted eh? Thank you in advance...
