SURT Errors

Good Afternoon.....

I am having issues getting some errors resolved after running SURT. Ultimately, my Windows Features shows up blank as I am trying to uninstall Internet Explorer 11 from there. I first ran SFC and that turned up nothing. I then ran SURT and that indicated 5 errors. I then tried the SFCFix application and that did not resolve the problem. I have attached the CheckSUR log and SFCFix log. Any help would be much appreciated.

We will be running a SFCFix script, followed by a new SURT scan

This fix is very specific for nworbj14's computer. Trying this fix on your own computer might damage your computer. If you are after assistance, create a new thread, and you will be assisted shortly.

Download SFCFix (by niemiro) and move the executable on your Desktop
Download the attached View attachment SFCFix.zip and move the archive to your Desktop
Note: Make sure that the file is named SFCFix.zip, do not rename it.
Save any work you have open, and close every programs
Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it

SFCFix will launch, let it complete
Once done, a file will appear on your Desktop, called SFCFix.txt
Open the file, then copy and paste its content in your next reply

Now, run SURT and upload the CheckSUR log in your next reply
