Suggestion request for a [free?] process monitor utility

Can anyone suggest a utility that can generate a whitelist of all current processes on a server (baseline), and send an email alert when a new or unidentified process appears?

Process Monitor - Windows Sysinternals

Is a great tool for monitoring processes on your system, I'm not sure of its extensibility though, and you'll need a tool which is able to detect hidden processes too.
