I have Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 laptop running 64 bit windows 10 version 21H2 (Build 19044.1826). I was working on my laptop where all of a sudden I faced a BSOD with some stopcode that I couldn't read as my system closed immediately after that.

Then the laptop started immediately and I received a BSOD with error code '0xc00000e'. I forced closed my laptop and then it booted normally. Enclosing the 'SysnativeFileCollectionApp' zip file.

Hi...

There are no BSOD dumps in your attached zip file to be analyzed.

However, I myself encountered NTSTATUS/exception error code 0xc00000e last year and it turned out to be a bad boot sector.

I replaced the HDD with a new SSD, loaded Windows 10 onto it; got an adapter and attached the HDD to it and plugged the USB into the laptop and copied all of the data off of it onto the SSD that I wanted.

I bought an adapter like this - https://www.amazon.com/Inateck-Exte...ocphy=9053071&hvtargid=pla-926216429448&psc=1

There supposedly are ways to repair the boot sector, but I was never able to get it to work. I do believe my HDD was bad.

Regards. . .

Today I faced a BSOD again for the first time since I started this thread. It remained stuck at collecting info at 100 for good 3-4 minutes. After that my laptop started normally.

I ran sysntative bsod collection app. Enclosing the zip.

Since you've had a Stop 0x124 and from your previous thread, this is very likely going to be a form of disk failure.

Okay. I faced another BSOD few minutes ago. Sharing two zip files, one containing new logs generated from the sysnative app and the other one hard drive report generated by Hard Disk sentinel in html format.

I don't know about deeper analysis of hard disk, but the health for both the SATA HD and my SSD are being shown excellent by HD sentinel in the report.

I just opened Hard Disk sentinel and these stats were already being shown. And then I generated the report.

Alright. I'll run these tests using Seagate Tools. Do the new logs shared in post #8 tell anything about the BSDOD I'm facing?

Just finished running memtest tests from bootable USB created through memtest tools. Zero errors found. Sharing the report as html file in a zip. Will be running HD tests and sharing the report in few days.

On your SATA drive, it seems that you aborted one of the tests?

Yeah I started the long generic test in the morning at 10:32 am to see how much time will it take. It was saying more than two hours. So I aborted it and ran in the noon at 3:08 p.m. and it completed.

Few minutes ago I faced the WHEA BSOD screen again. The screen remained stuck at 0 percent for more than 20 minutes. After that I forced shut down my laptop using the power button after which it booted normally.

I googled for this issue and learnt about memory.dmp file.

I checked my "c:\windows" folder and found a .dmp file that got created few minutes ago. I have uploaded it as a zip file on a wetransfer link .
MEMORY.zip

I also ran sysnative app for collecting the logs and attaching the zip file also.

I have Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 laptop running 64 bit windows 10 Home Single Language, 21H2, build 19044.1826.

I've been facing WHEA uncorrectable error BSOD for a more than a week. Sometimes it occurs daily. Sometimes, 3-4 days pass by without any BSODS and smooth functioning before I face it again. These BSODS happen randomly. Whether I'm browsing chrome, or copying some files, or opening any software. During the BSOD, the percentage progress starts from 0 and remains stuck on 5 percent before I force shutdown my laptop. I ran sfc /scannow and I got the message 'Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.'

On the following wetransfer link, I have uploaded the 'MEMORY.DMP' file that I got from "C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP". It's a 1.6 GB file

MEMORYdump_1st August.zip

I ran hard drive checks on 24th July done using seagate seatools . No errors were found.
I am enclosing the following logs as attachments.

  • Logs from Sysnative file collection app
  • Memtest logs generated by bootable memtest86 usb application.
  • Hard drive test generated by seagate seatools
Please suggest a solution.
