Stuck with "Restart your computer to finish insalling important updates"

Hey,
I'm running a windows 7 - 64 bit
My Windows Update seems kinda stuck as it keeps giving me the message "Restart your computer to finish installing important updates". It dosen't matter how many times I restart, it keep giving me the message without any new updates applied.
I've been reading various of instructions around on different forums, but nothing really seems to work.

I've been running the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and this is the error that I get:

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. Please start with the following.

1. Click your start button and type cmd in the search box.
2. Right-click on cmd that comes up in the search results and select Run as administrator. Answer Yes to the UAC prompt if it appears.
3. Copy/Paste the following into the command-prompt window and hit enter.
reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate /s >1.txt && notepad 1.txt

4. Notepad will open showing the WU info. Can you copy and paste this into your next reply?
